Passwords are processed through the website’s account system. Motivector does not have access to your plain-text password.
Payment information
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers.
Depending on the payment method selected, payment information may be collected and processed by WooPayments, payment-card networks, financial institutions, Google Pay, Afterpay, or another payment provider displayed during checkout.
Motivector generally receives transaction confirmations, payment status, limited payment-method details, fraud-screening information, and identifiers needed to administer the order. Full card details are generally collected directly by the payment provider rather than stored by Motivector.
Communications
We may collect information you provide when you:

- report a damaged, incorrect, or missing product;
- request a return, cancellation, or refund; or
- otherwise communicate with Motivector.

Transactional communications concerning accounts, orders, payments, shipping, returns, security, or customer support are not promotional messages and may still be sent when necessary to provide the requested service.
You may unsubscribe from optional marketing communications using the provided unsubscribe method or by contacting us.
9. International processing
Some service providers may process or store information outside Ontario or outside Canada.
When information is processed in another jurisdiction, it may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction and may be accessible to courts, law-enforcement agencies, or governmental authorities in accordance with local law.
Motivector selects and uses service providers for legitimate business purposes and takes reasonable steps to protect personal information under its control.

No website, network, storage system, or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Customers should use strong, unique passwords and protect access to their accounts and devices.

If a breach of security safeguards creates a real risk of significant harm, Motivector will take steps required by applicable law, which may include notifying affected individuals and reporting the incident to the appropriate privacy authority.

You may request access to personal information Motivector holds about you and request that inaccurate or incomplete information be corrected.
Some account and address information can be reviewed or updated directly through the My Account area.

14. Account closure and deletion requests
You may request closure of your customer account by contacting kyle@motivector.ca.
Closing an account does not necessarily require immediate deletion of all related information. Motivector may retain order, transaction, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, and legal records where reasonably necessary or legally required.
15. Children’s privacy
Motivector’s store is intended for individuals capable of making lawful purchases.
We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children without appropriate authorization. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information should contact us.

The websites may contain links to third-party websites or services.
Motivector does not control the privacy practices of independent third parties. Review their privacy policies before providing personal information to them.
